A very special concert – Savall wanted to “give back their energy” to Beethoven’s symphonies, which are so well known and too often overloaded in performance, the Catalan conductor explained.
And so the meticulous music researcher and his ensemble specializing in early music let the Hamburg audience hear Beethoven with new ears. Here you can see the second part of the recording from our production team.
