For our client Arvato Systems, we realized a superlative livestream event – directly from the Hannover Adventure Zoo! Under the motto “Journey Around the world”, the digital team event took place on a brilliantly decorated Jungle stage. We broadcast five hours live in German and English (including live interpreters) on the interactive platform for the more than 1,000 participants from all over the world to Malaysia.
Preparations started as early as April and a comprehensive trailer concept was developed together with the customer in order to spark the employees’ anticipation well in advance. Three episodes for a story in which the main protagonists crash a plane in the jungle were shot and time-shifted to employees in individual newsletters. In the films, puzzles had to be solved to gain access to the event platform and interactive team challenges.
Diverse filmed and animated content for the event itself, including a countdown, 3D animated trailers for the individual topics and the keynote, as well as a 15-minute manager portrait, were produced in advance and played out during the livestraming event.
This is already the fifth team event we were allowed to realize for Arvato Systems – and each time we were able to improve together with the customer – no matter if physically or fully-digital with cplt. Streaming technology and animated content from our company.
We are already looking forward to next year, but hopefully the event can take place physically again. Nevertheless: the digital implementation was hardly less exciting than the physical version, according to the participants…!
