Industrial parks are sought-after jobs, especially in metropolitan regions. They combine function, diversity and campus character. Office and hall space can be flexibly combined. And in contrast to the high-priced city center, there is more freedom with less rent.
In collaboration with the film production BUBBLES from Berlin we developed a StoryBoard for the new Aurelis “Unternehmerpark”, which shows and explains the main advantages of business parks. On three days of shooting in Dresden, we created an image film in which we were once again able to make full use of our strengths in post-production.
